The Xth Global Health Summit 2016 of AAPI (American Association of Physicians for Indian Origin) was held at the City Of Lakes Udaipur Between 28th to 30th December 2016. The Inaugural ceremony was hosted by AIIMSudr-American International Institute Of Medical Sciences, Udaipur. In the Inaugural function the Chief Guest was Sh. J.P.NADDHA-The Hon’ble Central Health Minister.
The State Health Minister (Raj.Gov.) Sh. Kali Charan Ji Saraf, State Home Minister Sh. Gualb Chand Ji Kataria were the Special Guests in the ceremoney. They have inaugurated the newly built Dr. Dev Kothari Auditorium in AIIMS & the AAPI Conference.
In this 3 Days conference of AAPI more than 300 NRI Doctors reached here in AIIMSudr. All the Students of AIIMSudr got an opportunity to interact with the AAPI Delegets as well.
Dr. Kirti Jain (CMD-AIIMSudr) & AAPI Chairman Dr. Ajay Lodha welcomed all the Guests. The State Health Minster Sh.Kali charan Ji Saraf has inaugurated the NCD Programme-Named “PROJECT LIFE” which would be initiated by WHO, AIIMSudr & GBH Memorial Cancer Hospital.
Other dignitaries namely Ms. Amrita fadnavis, Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman, Prince of mewar Sh. Laxyaraj Singh Mewar, Dr. Parmar, Dist. Collector Sh. Rohit Gupta, Nagar Nigam Mayor Sh. Chandra Singh Kothari, UIT Chairman Sh.Ravindra Shrimali were also present in the inaugural ceremony.
Laughter Poet Shailesh Lodha did the anchoring part. Famous Folk Singer Ghazi Khan & PadmShri awarded Gulabo entertained the audience.
